I was given this info about PicClub no longer being associated with Merge Network. I never received an e-mail about but others have.

Dear PICClub Member,

We regret to inform you that PICClub and the Merge Network have mutually agreed to end their business relationship. Transactions to or from the rooms on the Merge Network will cease at 11:59pm October 18th, 2009 ET. This will not affect Poker Rooms on the IGS System or Big Bet Poker.

As of the sending of this e-mail if you choose to withdraw funds from any Merge Room back to PICClub, they will remain in a pending status, subject to review and approval by Merge management and if approved will only be released from the pending status when we receive the funds from the Merge Gaming Network to cover your withdrawal.

We regret the dissolution of this business relationship, however we believe it is in the best interest of PICClub and our Valued Members.

We will be contacting all of the Merge Network poker rooms to offer them PICClub services on a direct basis. If you would like to continue using PICClub with any of these rooms please make your request for PICClub service known to their management.

Once again thank you for being a PICClub member and supporting our continued efforts to provide you with a secure and trusted environment for your online bankroll.

Kindest Regards.

This is a little concerning to me. It look like it is on Merge as Pic said they will be contacting each Merge sites as an individual and not as 1.
I know as a Pic Club user I will be talking to all my Merge contacts to keep Pic Club.

I would really like to know what is behind the PIC ClUB decision. Over the last few months, I have removed mostg of my money from the Merge NNetwrok, simply because it seems to have far too many new sites without a corresponding increase in players (the Wingows/Jungle/etc. network as a case in point when greed triumphs a good business model.).

Yeah. There are actually a couple of Merge sites that will still have PIC as an option. BigBet is one. I'm not sure if Reefer is going to. I think PDC, but I might be wrong, there. It does suck. Oh well. Cheers.
