The easiest way to do it, and not have problems is to follow these steps:
The easiest part -
1. Save the image you want to put on your page to "My Pictures" on your computer.
Try to limit the size of image to a width of 750 pixels.
You can always crop (resize) the image using your Paint program.
Also make sure the image is .jpg or .gif format.
2. Now open up PhotoBucket.
If you don't have a PB account, then you can get one here: http://photobucket.com/
3. Click on "My Albums"'

4. Click on "Upload Images and Videos".

A new window will open. Find your image and click on it and click "Open".

Image will upload and when complete a new window will open.
Here you name your image and can apply tags if you desire.

When you're done, click on "return to album".
5. Find your image and place mouse on it. A box will appear with 4 codes in it.
Go down to "IMG Code" and click on box adjacent to it. Box will highlight.
RIGHT click on highlighted box and click on "Copy".

Now for the fun part!!
6. Go to forum and proceed as if you were going to make a post or reply to an existing post you want to add your image to.
7. Now if you are going to post just the image without any dialog, just click in the box and RIGHT click at blinking cursor and click on "Paste".

You will now see your "IMG Code" in the Message box. Now you can click on "Preview Post" to see what it looks like or "Submit Reply" to go ahead and post it.
