Getting a Screenshot
This is probably the easiest way to do it, other than having a program that will do alot of this for you.
1. Have the image you want on your screen. If you have a full screen image, it is the easiest to work with as far as cropping and resizing goes.
(If you don't know how to crop and resize, let me know and that will be another lesson. LOL!!)
2. Depress the "Ctrl+Prt Scrn" keys on your keyboard at the same time.

3. Open your Windows " Paint" program. For Windows XP users-> Start>All Programs>Accessories>Paint

4. Depress the " Ctrl" and "V" keys at the same time. This places your image in the white block.

5. Click on " File" at the top of the page and then click on "Save As...". At the top of this window, you want to have "My Pictures" in the box. or a predetermined destination in the box (I have "MISC"). Assign a "File name" to your image and in the "Save as type" box choose "JPEG" (for standard image) or "GIF" (for an action type image).
CONGRATULATIONS - you have just done a screenshot.
I hope this helps.
